Media Release for Youth Symposium 2019

St. George’s, Grenada, September 13, 2019- The Grenada Co-operative League Ltd (GCLL) will be hosting a Youth Symposium on Friday October 4, 2019 at Spice Basket, Beaulieu, St. George from 9am to 4pm. Under the theme: “Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation: Shaping Tomorrow’s Credit Union,” 18 to 35 year-old members from the ten (10) credit unions on the island will engage in activities with experts in Information Technology, Leadership and Governance and the Credit Union Movement. The creation of a Credit Union Youth Community and an IT Network are two (2) main goals of the symposium.
Interested young persons are encouraged to contact their credit union to register for this event and for further details. Potential credit union members interested in participating in the event can contact the League at 440-2903. Limited spaces are available.
